Located in the heart of Undara Volcanic National Park, surrounded by tropical savannah woodlands, Undara Lodge provides a truly authentic outback experience. The park is situated on the eastern edge of Australia?s northern savannah region, within easy reach of Cairns and Townsville. The lodge is however a world away from city life, offering natural bush accommodation in the form of cottages and converted railway carriages, simply, but comfortably furnished. For those wanting to feel closer to nature, camping is also offered. A restaurant is housed in one of the railway carriages and dinner is served by camp fire.
